We offer our services to every people who wish to take advantage of nursery at home, irrespective of their disease or dependence.
We administer our patients all necessary operations, both nursing and care. This can concern a daily toilet, dress and undress, administering injections, wound care, probe feeding, stoma care, rinsing catheters, probe, etc. … But it can also concern the daily care such as the follow up of diabetes, the follow up of the medicine, etc. … In short: raising daily comfort.
We approach our patients with the necessary fear, so that they can preserve their individual character and their intimacy.
Our experience
Our practice exists already 20 years. Because of this we can appeal to a very rich experience. So it was possible for us to specialise on some very specific fields.
Palliatif care
We find important that people have the right and the possibility to die at home, in their own daily environment. We give for that purpose the framework and the guidance, if it is required.
Psychiatric patients
Psychiatric patients who are able to function in society, can be supported by us, so their psychological balance is maintained.
Dependant patients
Totally dependent or partially dependent people have the right to live within the society. We seek with them to the opportunities and the framework which makes this possible. Eventualy we take the daily care and the guidance of these patients on us.
Since we have a very large team, we are able to guarantee 24/24h and 7d/7d availability.
We give, within the norms INAMI imposes on us, our patients the best possible care. If necessary, we assist our patients to seek additional organised aid, outside the nursery at home, like for example family aid.
Also we look after a permanent follow up of the care by means of a nursing file that is used ether by nursing, family, doctor and other care providers. Because of this we take optimal advantage of the communication between these different authorities.
If it is required by the care of the patient, meetings are organised where patient, family and all other people concerned are invited. This enables us to guaranty and to optimise the care and the follow up by the different authorities.
